| 摘 要： | 目的筛选合成N-羟乙基烯胺酯最佳实验条件,建立一种简单高效的合成方法。方法使用廉价的乙酸促进芳基苯甲酰乙酸甲酯与乙醇胺在乙醇中回流反应,制备了N-羟乙基烯胺酯。结果在最优条件下,合成了4种N-羟乙基烯胺酯衍生物,产率71%~92%,并通过核磁共振、高分辨质谱及红外等进行了结构鉴定。结论该方法有着较好的适用性,有望得到进一步的应用。

| Abstract: | Purposes-To establish a facile and efficient method for the preparation of N|hydroxyethyl-enamine esters by optimizing the reaction conditions for their synthesis.Methods-Inexpensive AcOH is used as a catalyst to promote the reaction of methyl 3-oxo-3-arylpropanoate and ethanolamine in reflux EtOH and N-hydroxyethyl-enamine esters are prepared.Results-Under the optimized conditions, four derivatives of N-hydroxyethyl-enamine esters were synthesized in 71%~92% yields and the structures were determined by NMR.Conclusion-The reaction is compatible with a range of functionalities and a potential method which can be used in the organic synthesis. |
