构建和谐校园对高等院校的发展具有重要意义。本文从分析“天和、人和、心合”的内涵入手,探讨了和谐校园的精神实质应体现出中国传统文化中“和”的理念;认为高等院校和谐校园应从培养目标、课程设置、人际关系三个方面进行构建。
