摘    要:田野调查不仅是民族学最基本、最重要的研究方法,从民族学研究生培养的视角来看,它也是一种创新的教学实践模式,发挥着民族学研究生学术素养系统培养的教育功能。田野调查具有专业性与专门性、实践性与人文性、研究性与学术性等特征,这与民族学研究生应该掌握的理论素养、方法素养、把握前沿的素养、创新研究的素养和超然的学术态度等学术素养的基本内涵是一致的。基于此,探讨田野调查对民族学研究生学术素养的系统培育的功能、实践及其思考,颇具价值和意义。

Abstract:Filed work is not only the most radical and important ethnology research new teaching model which exerts the function of cultivating ethnology graduates' method, but also a kind of systematic learning literacy. Filed work possesses some characteristics including the professional and specialized, the practiced and humanistic, investigative and academic, etc. That is consistent with the basic contents of learning literacy which should be mastered systematically by ethnology graduates are involved in theoretical knowledge, method, frontier, innovation, aloof learning attitude and so on. Discussing the field work's function of cultivating ethnology graduates' systematic learning literacy has important value and meaning.
