摘    要:高校学报编辑在本质意义上是学术编辑,要具备深厚的文化底蕴,学识要渊博,积累要丰厚,既是精深的“专家”,也是广博的“杂家”。编辑同仁对此颇多论述,并形成了一个编辑学理论体系。本文着重从三个层面探讨高校学报编辑提高学术素养的问题,认为科学思想是照亮我们学术素养的明灯,科研水平是增强我们学术素养的底气,社会实践是丰富我们学术素养的源泉。

Abstract:University journal editors in essence are academic editors. They need to to possess deep cultural deposition, profound and rich accumulation of knowledge; they are not only a profound "expert", but also is a great "eclectics ". About this, many editor colleagues have expounded and already formed an editing theory system. This paper discusses on how to improve the academic literacy of the university journal editor emphatically from three aspects. We believe that, scientific thinking is the beacon shedding light on our academic hteracy; scientific research level is to embolden our academic spirit; social practice is a rich source of our academic hteracy.
