关于虚拟水与虚拟水贸易的讨论

摘    要:总结了虚拟水及虚拟水贸易研究的战略意义,并在对国外开展的虚拟水研究方向及国内的虚拟水研究现状和进展总结的基础上,对我国华北地区畜产品虚拟水含量做了计算分析.最后就我国今后的虚拟水及虚拟水贸易研究中值得关注的问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:Virtual water and virtual water trade are the hot topic in the international society at present.The strategic significance of virtual water and virtual water trade is proposed.Besides,the study situation and development of virtual water and virtual water trade in domestic and abroad is analyzed.The overseas status can be generalized as 3 aspects: 1) the study of food security and virtual water strategy;2) the influences that virtual water strategy brings to the water resources management,ecology and society;3) the quantitative study of virtual water.At last,some discussion on the problems are offered that are worth of concerning for the future in our country,which have been generalized as 5 aspects: 1) strengthen the quantitative study of virtual water;2) how to guide the food production pattern in our country through virtual water trade;3) develop the research on influences that virtual water strategy brings to the water resources management,ecology and society;4) how to combine the quantitative results of virtual water trade with the water resources strategy;5) compare the virtual water strategy with water transfer projects.
