科学发展观视域中的高校学生党建工作理念与方法探讨

高校学生党建工作贯彻落实科学发展观，在工作理念上，要坚持以人为本，统筹兼顾，不断发展，并充分发挥环境育人作用；在工作方法上，要有机协调党建机制与载体建设、党建理论与专业学习、党建文化与校园文化、党性锤炼与素质教育、理论教育与实践教育的关系，从而实现学生党建工作全面、协调、可持续发展。

The Idea and Method of Party Building Work of University Students under Guide of the Scientific Outlook of Development

In order to practice the scientific outlook of development in the party building work of university students, we should, in the aspect of idea, insist the principle of people being first, take all factors into consideration, develop unceasingly and give full play to the environment＇ s role of nurturing people. In the aspect of method, we should deal with well the relationship between the party building mechanism and the carrier construction, the party building theory and the specialized study, the party building culture and the campus culture, the party spirit temperance and the caliber education, the theoretical education and the practice education, so as to achieve comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of students＇ party building work.
