| 摘 要： | 《申报》是近代上海的一张极具典型性的中文商业报刊，它从创办、繁荣到最终停刊，从外资独家经营到为中国民族资本家所有的历史过程，代表着多数近代上海中文商业报刊所经历的兴衰，也体现了中国民族资本主义从萌芽到发展直至衰落的艰难历程。

| Abstract: | Shenbao is one of the typical Chinese commercial newspapers in modem Shanghai. Its emergence, flourishing and death and its transformation from the foreign investor to Chinese national capitalist represent the rise and fall of most of the Chinese commercial newspapers in modem Shanghai and reflect the tortuous course of from emergence to flourishing to death of Chinese national capitalism. |
