摘    要:教学型地方高校面临着规模扩张与办学资源严重不足、办学层次提高与办学实力亟待提升的双重挤压。在激烈的学科建设竞争形势下,在自身备件比较薄弱的情况下,如何加快学科建设与发展已成为教学型地方高校亟待解决的一个现实问题。创新教学型地方高校学科发展模式,应树立服务地方理念,确立学科发展战略;培育学科特色,强化学科创新能力;构筑学科平台,支撑学科创新发展;创新管理机制,促进学科可持续发展。

Innovation of Discipline Development in Teaching- oriented Local University

Abstract:Teaching - oriented local university has to face the pressure of scale expansion,lack of university - running resource, upgrading of university - running and urgent elevation of university strength. In severe discipline construction competition and with weak university - running strength, teaching - oriented local university has to deal with well the issue of speeding up discipline construction and development. In order to innovate discipline develop- ment, teaching - oriented local university should establish the idea of serving local social and economic development and put forward discipline development strategy, cultivate discipline specialty and strengthen discipline innovation capacity, build discipline platform and support innovation development, innovate management mechanism and pro- mote sustainable discipline development.
