高职院校青年教师职业生涯规划与管理探讨

摘    要:近年来,高职院校教师队伍中青年教师的比例急剧上升,青年教师成为高职院校理论教学工作、实训指导工作、学生管理工作的一支重要力量。但是,青年教师在成长过程中容易出现职业理想不坚定、自我提高动力不足、职业倦怠等现象,不利于高职院校的发展和青年教师个人的健康成长。怎样加强对青年教师的培养是高职院校师资队伍建设中的紧迫任务和重要课题。

Career Planning and Management of Young Teachers in Vocational and Technical College

Abstract:In recent years, the proportion of the young teachers in the vocational and technical colleges increase rapidly and the young teachers become a powerful strength in vocational and technical colleges' in teaching, practice guidance and student' s management. However, there exsit problems of unstable profession ideal, lack of self- improvement power, job burnout, job- hopping and leaving during the growing process of the young teachers, which is against the school development and individual development. Therefore, It will be an important task and urgent mission in the construction of staff in vocational and technical colleges to strengthen the training of the young teachers.
