高职院校青年教师职业生涯规划与管理探讨

近年来，高职院校教师队伍中青年教师的比例急剧上升，青年教师成为高职院校理论教学工作、实训指导工作、学生管理工作的一支重要力量。但是，青年教师在成长过程中容易出现职业理想不坚定、自我提高动力不足、职业倦怠等现象，不利于高职院校的发展和青年教师个人的健康成长。怎样加强对青年教师的培养是高职院校师资队伍建设中的紧迫任务和重要课题。
