| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Es wurde die Wirkung von 4 synthetischen -N-alkyl Derivaten desl-Glutamin auf die Entwicklung von implantierten Maustumoren geprüft und-N-butyl-l-Glutamin als aktivste Substanz ermittelt. Ihre Kombination mit 6-Merkaptopurin verursacht eine stärkere Wachstumshemmung der Tumoren als die Behandlung der Versuchstiere mit Einzelsubstanzen.
