承压类特种设备无损检测现状探析

摘    要:压力容器是在工业生产和人民生活中广泛使用的具有潜在危险的重要设备和设施,无损检测技术在确保压力容器制造安装质量和使用过程的安全运行中扮演最重要的角色之一。本文综述压力容器制造和使用过程中采用的无损检测技术,包括超声、射线、磁粉、渗透、非常规检测技术.介绍各种无损检测技术的优缺点及选择原则。重点分析国内无损检测技术的发展现状情况及存在问题。

Abstract:Pressure vessels ale very important equipments which widely used in industrial production and people's daily life, But they also have potential danger. The nondestructive testing technique plays one of the most important roles for insuring manufacturing quality and operation safety of pressure vessels. This paper reviews the nondestructive testing technology of pressure vessels manufacturing.and using process, including ultrasound, ray, magnetic powder, osmosis, unconventional testing technology, and it introduces all kinds of non-destructive inspection technalogy's good and bad aspects and the selection principle, discussed the domestic non-destructive inspection technology present situation and problems.
