| 摘 要： | 梅特涅的均势外交随机应变，频频得手，外交界褒贬不一。究其实质，它借楚构和维持欧溯。五强均势”格局恢复了奥地利在欧洲的强国地位；从其深远影响看，它不仅使臭地利的国际地位不断恢复和壮大，而且使欧洲长期稳定下来，为欧洲进入工业革命的高速发展阶段提供了安全保障，也为各国外交家提供了诸多均势外交思路。同时。他的均势外交也产生了一些消极影响。

| Abstract: | Metternich practiced flexibly the diplomacy of the balance of power,and succeeded one af-ter another.His diplomacy of the balance of power in nature was set up "The great five balance of pow-er"of European structure in order to maintain Austria's power country position.It not only strengthened continuously Austria's international position but also kept Europe long-term steady,and it provided a safety guarantee for a high-speed European Industrial Revolution,and it also provided many solutions of the de-plomatic strategies of the balance of power in all countries.At the same time,his diplomacy of the bal-ance of power also caused negative influences |
