| 摘 要： | 运用边际机会成本理论对石羊河流域水利工程供水的边际机会成本进行计算和分析,得出水价远远高于现行水价,指出过低的水价是造成用水效率低下、浪费严重的主要原因,认为适当提高水价是解决问题的重要途径,并提出相应的改革建议.表7,参8.
