| 摘 要： | 作者以七号信令链路级及链路功能级的功能实现为主要讨论对象，提出了实现其功能的七号信令规程板的设计方案和思想。七号信令规程板是七号信号信令分析仪表的一个重要组成部分，因此对七号信号系统的链路功能级的硬件实现和软件实现进行了讨论，介绍了一种实现的方法。
