| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合介入治疗对股骨头坏死的疗效及其应用价值。方法筛选经临床和影像学确诊为股骨头缺血性坏死患者243例,采用Se ld inger改良穿刺技术,将导管超选择插入患髋旋股内、外动脉及髂内动脉注入活血化瘀药物,两次为一疗程;并对治疗前、后分别进行患侧髋关节功能评分。结果治疗后177例患者在中西医结合介入治疗后股骨头坏死分期评分等级有提高,统计学有明显差异（P〈0.001）;另外有35例治疗有效,即总体有效治疗212例,总体有效治疗率为87.2%。结论中西医结合介入治疗能有效改善股骨头的供血,缓解症状,提高其功能评分,具有研究意义。
