初参数法在金属筒仓立筋计算中的应用

摘    要:金属筒仓中立筋的内力计算正确与否,是筒仓设计的关键环节。本文采用初参数法计算立筋内力,推导出适合工程设计使用的简化公式,针对一座筒仓结构实例,用该法进行计算。

Abstract:Metal silo is a kind of ideal apparatus for containment of materials in state of grain or powder. It has excellent and comprehensive technical characteristics of light weight, high strength, artistic figure, fireproof, proof against rats and birds, durability, shockproof, easy and rapid installation. Up to now, there is not a design code provided for engineers. Specially, the design of the vertical bar steel is weaker, which is the main member of the metal silo. Major accidents in the metal silo are caused by the vertical bar steel fallen. Therefoce, some simple and effective methods for solving problems have to be provided for engineers. The primary parameter method is applied for calculating the internal forces of the vertical bar steel. The simplified formulae suitable for design use are derived. The calculating example of a metal silo is given.
