稠油热采井筒注汽优化设计方法

摘    要:建立了稠油热采中井筒注汽优化模型,并用穷举法进行了求解。对蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱井筒注汽两种情况进行了实例计算和分析。结果表明,提高隔热管隔热性能,可以降低综合成本;降低注汽速率将会增加热损失,从而导致综合成本增大;随着隔热管管径的增加,隔热管造价将增加。运用优化设计方法,可以节省大量的初始投资并降低运行成本,有利于节约能源,提高经济效益

Abstract:A model for optimizing the steam injection process in thermal recovery wellbore is developed and solved with enumeration method under two kinds of conditions, namely steam soak and steam flooding. The results show that enhancing the heat\|proof quality can decrease the overall costs. Reduction of the injection rate would raise heat loss, which results in augmentation of overall costs. The prices of heat insulating tubing will multiply with the increasing of caliber of insulating tubing. This optimal method may save much initial investment and cut operating cost down obviously. \=
