切削状态下的机床传动精度

摘    要:本文首次采用光栅式传动链仪、微型计算机进行切削状态下的传动精度测量和实时频谱分析,从而比较空运转状态下和切削状态下传动精度测量结果的异同点,提出了对滚齿机精度检验标准的意见。

Abstract:A grating transmission chain instrument and a microcomputer were used for the first time in the transmission accuracy measusrement during cutting and the real time spectral analysis. The differences between measurement results of loading and unloading transmission accuracy were also stated. An opinion to the international standard for accuracy testing of gear hobbing machines ISO/TC/39/DIS6545 was presented.
