| Abstract: | The quality of the librarians determines the service level of the library, and the construction ot the library should depend on the cultivation of the talents. This paper discusses on the information collecting quality, information organizing quality, information spreading quality and information developing quality that the librarians must have under the digitalized condition, and analyses the necessity and actual significance of possessing each kind of the quality. |
