| 摘 要： | 当前,我国电子信息产业发展进入新的转折期,由于知识产权管理的不足,我国电子信息企业在面对跨国公司的专利和知识产权壁垒时,缺乏有效的应对手段和话语权,知识产权因素导致的成本问题凸显。就信息产业知识产权管理的内容做一分析,并提出相关的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Presently,our country electronic information industry developmententers the new transition time,as a result of the intellectual property rights management insufficiency,our country electronicinformation enterprise when faces the multinational corporation thepatent and the intellectual property rights barrier,lacks effectiveshould to the method and the words power,the cost question which the intellectual property rights factor causes Appearance.This article makesan analysis on the information industries intellectual property rightsmanagement content,and proposes the correlation countermeasure andthe suggestion. |
