| 摘 要： | 对日交流环境下语言使用的教学与研究,是对日交流学术及社会需求的产物。而作为高校外语学习者对外交流的主要平台,外籍教师教学环节中的不足必然成为我国日语教学研究的重点。本文在分析困扰提高外籍教师教学水平问题的基础上,着重提出了符合对日交流语用教学的"四个"转变和"两个"突破,对今后日语教学,提高教学质量具有一定的作用。
