| 摘 要： | 研究采用单片机80C196控制电阻电焊过程的控制器,详细介绍了控制器的主要功能、控制原理、控制器结构、控制程序、及监控效果.该控制器主要基于对阻焊变压器原边电压的监控,当电网电压在一定范围内波动时,仍能保证原边电压恒定.控制器还具有多组规范设定、掉电保护、出错检测、焊接/调整切换等功能.

| Abstract: | A resistance spot welding controller which uses micro processor 80C196KB is introduced.The main function, principle of control,construction of controller,control program and results are described in detail.This controller is mainly based on the supervise and control of resistance welding tansformer. When the supply voltage changes in a certain range, the voltage of first side can be kept constant.Furthermore, it has functions,such as multi group parameters preset, power off protection, self examination and weld/adjust switching. |
