Abstract:Data detection and data processing using a single board computer for a blower are discussed. The actual system and results of detection are presented. The measuring accuracy of dynamic pressure is around 0.5%.The measuring method for dynamic pressure is studied in detail. In order to improve the resolution of static and dynamic pressure, a voltage to frequency converter is used to convert the pressure signal into a frequency signal. Owing to nonlinearity and zero drift of the pressure sensor, sectionalized linear interpolation is adopted to overcome the effect of nonlinearity with a relevant program designed. Zero compensation is used to reduce the effect of zero drift. Experimental results show that the measures taken are useful. Test results are discussed and further improvement on accuracy suggested.
