| 摘 要： | 合成了系列未见文献报道的N’-(4,6-二取代嘧啶-2-基)-N-氟代苯甲酰基硫脲类化合物.其结构经元素分析、IR和1HNMR得到确证.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,目标化合物4a和4e在100mg/L浓度下,对单子叶植物马唐的地上部分抑制率均为80%,地下部分抑制率为85%,对双子叶植物小藜的地下部分抑制率为80%,表现出较好的抑制活性.而目标化合物4h表现出一定的杀虫活性.

| Abstract: | Eight new N'-(4, 6-disubstituted-pyrimidin-2-yl)-N-substituted benzoyl thioureas were synthesized and their structures were exactly confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis. The preliminary biological tests show that target compounds 4a and 4e have excellent inhibitory activities against weed and compound while 4h has exhibited insecticide activity |
