| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫内妊娠不同月份药物流产的临床效果.方法:选择宫内妊娠不同月份分成两组,采用不同服药方法进行药物流产,对于＞49 d妊娠者加用米索前列醇1次.结果:对于49 d和＞49 d＜4个月两组有效率无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:药物流产同样适用于＞49＜4个月妊娠者 ,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of drug abortion for different duration of uterine pregnancy.Methods:All cases of different duration of uterine pregnancy were divided into two groups.Drugs and methods of administration changed according to different pregnant durations.The pregnant cases for over 49 days were given Misoprostol by mouth once.Results:The effect of drug abortion for the pregnant duration of less than or equal to 49 days and of greater than 49 days but less than 4 months showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Drug abortion was applicable to pregnant duration for not only less than or equal to 49 days but also greater than 49 days but less than 4 months and worth popularizing clinically. |
