| Abstract: | Urbanization is key to settling the problems of " agriculture,farmers and countryside," and fundamental to Xinjiang's target to fulfil "complete construction of affluent society and the acceleration of modernization." To strengthen the central city development,accelerate urban and rural development,and construct the new countryside are a strong compeller in the oasis economic development in Xinjiang. |
