旅游实验室建设及其整合构想

旅游实验室是旅游高等教育赋予学生进入旅游行业胜任能力的重要保障,其第1课堂建设定位于实验课程教学的规范化与体系化,第2课堂建设定位于为学生提供个性化、差异化的实践学习途径。两个课堂应实现整合建设,但目前整合建设面临着资金、管理、师资等方面的困难,需要通过转变管理思想、健全管理制度、加快双师型教师队伍建设、追加投资等措施来实现两个课堂的整合建设。

Construction and Integration of the First and the Second Classrooms of Tourism Laboratories

Tourism laboratories ensure undergraduates majored in tourism the necessary competencies in tourism industry. Construction of its first classroom should be localized on the normalization and systemization of experimental teaching, while that of the second classroom should be localized on providing the individual practice environment for different students. Integrating the two classrooms plays an important role in endowing students the competencies; however lack of fund, management and teaching staff should not be ignored. The main countermeasures include changing management idea, bettering the management system, training the Double-professionallytitled Teachers, and attracting more additional investment.
