| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the significance of applying the concept of TQC in the information service, points out that TQC is the standard and the method for satisfying the social needs,guaranteeing the effectiveness of the earlier-stage input of the information service departments,and making objective evaluation on the information service, and discusses on the concepts, features, and concrete operations, etc. of TQC. |
