| 摘 要： | 近年我国民间投资经历大起大落后，逐步有了恢复性增长．为利于我国经济的协调健康发展，在加强宏观调控中建立民间投资稳定增长机制，已成为当前紧迫的重要课题。对新形势下建立民间投资稳定增长机制的问题进行系统研究，从拓展产业空间、改革投融资体制、优化市场环境、强化服务和引导等方面提出对策思路。
