摘    要:利用大冶地区某矿排放的含铁尾矿为骨料,炉渣和水处理沉渣做添加剂,以水泥做固化剂,采用固化技术对其综合利用--生产免烧建筑墙体材料进行了探索.测定结果表明:试件的抗压强度、容重相关参数值均满足墙体材料的要求,用于生产免烧建筑墙体材料是可行的,达到变废为宝、保护环境的目的.

Abstract:In this paper,the production of non-fired building wall materials made of iron-containing tailings in Daye area,slag,and waste water treatment sediment with solidification technology has been studied.The experimental results show that the compressive strength and the volume weight etc meet the demands of wall materials.It is possible to produce non-fired building wall materials with the iron-containing tailings.So it will achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization waste and protection environment.
