| Abstract: | Education is a science with human beings as its subject, a practical course of designing and shaping a successful life, and a process of promoting social advance and human civilization. Collegial spirit is collegial people abstracted ideas of running a college/university and the distillation of values and ration of them, and is the collegial cultural forms and the group mentality reflected in vitality. |
