| 摘 要： | 本文在考虑凸轮轴挠度和系统阻尼因素后,比较系统地分析推导了凸轮式打纬系统对外界激励的动态响应方程,介绍了一种对工程应用中二阶变系数线性非齐次方程具有普遍适用意义的数值求解简化方法,并针对某些外界激励输入,计算得出了系统相应的动态响应及剩余振动。

| Abstract: | Based on the consideration of the cam shaft stiffness and the damping effect of the system, a systematically-deduced equation of dynamic response to the cam beat-up system's input excitation was established in this paper, and a numerical method was introduced which was adaptable to the solving of those linear, 2nd-order, differential equations with variable coefficients and force terms in engineering practices. In the end, taking some typical input excitations as illustrated examples, the authors calculated the dynamic responses and the residual vibrations of the system. |
