摘    要:以甲醇和亚磷酸为原料,用固体超强酸作为催化剂制备亚磷酸二甲酯.研究了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间和温度等因素对酯化制备亚磷酸二甲酯的影响.结果表明最佳反应条件为:n(醇):n(酸)=3.O:1(mol/moI),催化剂用量为反应物总质量的O.8%,反应温度115~120℃,反应时问4 h.以甲苯共沸脱水,在此最佳条件下酯化,合成亚磷酸二甲酯收率可达82.3%.

Abstract:The process of the preparation of dimethyl phosphite catalyzed by solid super acid was studied, using methanol and phosphorous acid as reactants. The factors which had influence on preparation of dimethyl phosphite, including the dosage of catalyst, the materials proportion, reaction time and reaction temperature, were investigated. The result showed that the optimum conditions of preparation of dimethyl phosphite were n(alcohol):n(acid) = 3 : Kmol/mol), the reaction time 4 h, the reaction temperature 115~1201℃, the ratio of catalyst in the total mass of reactive materials 0. 8%. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of dimethyl phosphite was 82. 3% with the process of methyl benzene azeotropic dehydration.
