抗重金属霉菌的筛选鉴定及其特性研究

摘    要:采用微生物学法,通过生物耐受性诱导驯化,从污水处理厂活性污泥中分离到了能抗重金属镉、铬、砷、汞和铅的4株霉菌,鉴定为变幻青霉、桔黑青霉、淡紫拟青霉和链格孢霉.经原子吸收光谱及原子荧光光度计检测证明,4种霉菌对As^5+的耐、抗性强,对Hg^2+的耐、抗性弱.对As^5+的耐、抗性高达1.0 g/L,对重金属离子去除率可达40%.这些抗性微生物有望应用于被重金属污染的水体及土壤.

Abstract:Through tameness and induction of living creature's tolerance from dirty mud,we have cultivated four fungi able to resist the pollutions from poisonous chemical elements such as arsenic,chromium,cadmium,hydrargyrum,which were identificated as Penicillium variabile Sopp,Penicillium citreonigrum Dierckx,Paecilomyces lilacinus(Thom) Samson,Alternaria alternata(Fr.) Keissler.The atomic absorption spectroscopy and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer analysises show that,the four fungi have stronger tolerance to As5+ and weaker tolerance to Hg2+.These fungi have tolerance of 1.0 g/L to As5+,and the removal rate for the 5 heavy metals could reach 40%.These anti-heavy-metal microbes may be used in water and soil polluted by heavy metals.
