ITO/M3d-TiO2/CdS纳米结构多孔膜电极的光电化学

摘    要:利用水热法制备了几种过渡金属离子(Zn2+、Co2+、Cu2+)掺杂的TiO2复合纳米粒子(表示为M3d-TiO2),测定了M3d-TiO2纳米结构多孔膜电极和用CdS敏化各掺杂电极的光电流作用谱和光电流-电势曲线.实验结果表明,在所研究的M3d-TiO2电极中,只有Zn2+-TiO2电极的光电流大于未掺杂的TiO2纳米结构多孔膜电极.用CdS敏化各掺杂电极,避免了电子损失,大大提高了光电转换效率,讨论了敏化电极的光电转换机理.

Abstract:The 3d transition metal (Co,Cu,Zn) doped TiO 2 (abb.M 3d -TiO 2)and CdS Comples for TiO 2 nanoporous film was investigated with photoelectrochemical techniques.The results show that the Conversion efficiency of light to electricity was greatly improved.of all the M 3d -TiO 2 investigated in this paper,however,the photocurrent intensity of Zn 2+ -TiO 2 nanostructured film electrode was higher than that of undoped TiO 2 electrode.It was explained that in the case of this type of photosensitization,the back electron transfer from the TiO 2 conduction band to the solution was refrained,thus the losses of electrons were avoided.
