| 摘 要： | 论述了网络环境下打破条块分割、多元分散的结构模式，充分利用新技术、新媒体，实现信息资源共建共享是图书馆发展的必然趋势，而共享的前提是共建，图书情报界必须采取有效措施，加快共建才能实现共享，也才能适应社会发展的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses that the co-constructing and sharing of the in formation resources by using the new techniques and new mediums is the inevitabl e trend of the development of the library, and points out that the co-construct ing is the precondition of the sharing, and the library circles must adopt effec tive measures to realize the co-constructing and sharing and fit in with the re quirement of social development. |
