钻孔灌注桩桩底后压浆技术现场试验研究

摘    要:两根现场试验桩压浆前后的静载试验结果表明,压浆能有效地提高钻孔灌注桩桩侧摩阻力和桩端阻力,改善桩的承载性能,从而使钻孔灌注桩的承载力得到较大幅度的提高.将这一技术应用于实际工程,显著减小了工程桩嵌入泥岩的深度,降低了施工难度并节约了大量资金.

Field experiment research on post grouting technology of bored pile
Abstract:The static load test results about two fore and aft grouting test pile indicate that the post grouting can improve effectively side friction and tip resistance of bored pile and perfect pile bearing performance. Thus the bearing capacity of bored pile can be enhanced in a large margin. Applying this technology to actual engineering, we can reduce notably the embedding depth of engineering pile which embedding into mudstone, decrease the construction difficulty and economize a large number of funds.
