| 摘 要： | 20世纪70年代后期,上台不久的魁北克人党提议通过了“监管政党集资法案”。法案力图从源头上切断商界与政党根深蒂固的灰色联盟关系,在魁北克人党以身示范和着力推行下,立法的确实质性地遏制了魁北克的黑金政治腐败,也对魁北克自由党和魁北克人党自身产生了意料之外的影响。

| Abstract: | In the late-1970s,shortly after it came on stage in Quebec,the Party Quebecois had the bill to govern the financing of political parties passed by the National Assembly in order to cut the traditional interdependent relations between the business world and political circle and get rid of political corruption.Because the model role of the Party Quebecois and its vigorous implementation,the legislation did keep within limits the Quebec's obscure political corruption under control and had unexpected influence ... |
