| Abstract: | The use of unit prefix for the common physical quantities including %,ppm and 10-3 m2 in most scientific-technical journals has problems at present.According to the state standard and trade norm,the normal representation methods,which can provide the discussion for the editors of scientific-technical journals and research personnel,were presented. |
