| 摘 要： | 工业生产中工艺参数和产品质量的统计分析对于控制产品质量和合理确定工艺参数有重要意义。运用数理统计原理，采用ＶＢ语言，在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下开发编制了生产质量管理和缺陷分析软件，并应用该软件分析了某厂离心铸管生产情况。

| Abstract: | Statistical analysis of technical parameters and products qualities is important in commercial production.In the present research,a software for quality control and vice analysis is developed based on statistics with VB computer language in Windows condition.A centrifugal casting process of steel pipe is analyzed with this software as an applied example. |
