| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化问题已成为我国经济发展的主要“瓶颈”之一。首先对成果转化做了界定，然后进行了成果转化的系统分析，并从理论上阐明了成果转化的模式、特点及其设计原则，为成果转化的科学决策提供了参考。
