L-MDI型纳米SiO_2聚氨酯复合材料的RIM工艺及力学性能研究

摘    要:基于一步法制备了基于液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(L-MDI)的聚醚型纳米SiO2聚氨酯复合材料,研究了在机器浇注方式的情况下不同工艺对制品力学性能的影响.结果表明:可以用机器浇注方式获得性能更高的纳米SiO2/聚氨酯复合材料,较低的粘度有利于纳米粒子的分散,从而获得比加至粘度较高的多元醇组分力学性能更佳的复合物.当纳米SiO2的含量在2%时可以使复合材料的综合力学性能为最佳;纳米粒子经过表面处理后获得的制品力学性能比单纯用机械分散法获得的制品在撕裂强度上要大27.3%.当异氰酸酯指数为1时,制品的综合性能为最佳.

Abstract:Liquid 4,4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate(L-MDI),Polyether-polyol and Nano-SiO2 are used to synthesize the nano composite,the influence of different parameters on mechanical properties in machine casting process is studied.The result shows that the Nano SiO2/PU composite with good performance can be made by the way of machine casting.The Nano-SiO2 can disperse in lower viscosity constituent is better than that in higher viscosity constituent.When containing 2% of Nano-SiO2 the composite has the best mechanica...
