不同粉碎方法对植物多酚测定的影响

摘    要:就目前植物多酚测定过程中不同的粉碎方法对测定结果的影响进行了研究。结果发现,在氮气保护下粉碎的样品,其测定结果较在空气中粉碎的样品小,并且这两种不同的粉碎方式对测定结果有显著的影响。因此,建议在植物多酚的测定过程中,尽量采用氮气保护的方式,或者在低温的环境中进行,从而使测定的结果更加接近植物内的真实含量。

Abstract:The impacts of different methods of comminution on the concentrations of condensed tannins in Tamarix rasosissima branches is investigated. The results were showed that the concentrations of condensed tannins were lower in nitrogen protection than those in air. And the differences were significant. Therefore, trying to use nitrogen protection or in the condition of low temperature in the process of comminution are recommended, which can provide more reliable results than that in the air.
