飞行器涂层侵蚀机理分析

摘    要:运用弹性碰撞理论,分析单粒子的冲击效应对飞行器涂层的影响。分别对单粒子对球体的斜碰撞中法向力和剪切力进行了计算和分析,得到了最大剥蚀效应时粒子的入射角度和飞行器涂层的最易侵蚀区域。计算结果与实际失效区域基本吻合。

Abstract:The theory on elastic impact was used to analyze the shock effect of single particle, which is the main influencing factor of aircraft coating erosion. Calculation and analysis on normal force and tangential force which created during the skewed collision by single particle versus spherical body were involved. The most dangerous angle of incident and area of aircraft coating were gained. The result of calculation shows an agreement with the experimental values.
