摘    要:介绍了新型医药中间体7-TMCA的结构和用途,并研究了使用7-TMCA合成头孢派酮新工艺,结果表明:8批试验中,使用4.0g 7-TMCA为原料,平均得到4.70 g头孢派酮水盐,质量符合国家药典标准,且室温下放置半年不变色。

Abstract:The structure of the pharmaceutical intermediate 7-TMCA and its position in the synthesis routes of several semi-antibiotics were briefed.The synthesis of cefoperazone from this intermediate was investigated,and the results demonstrated that 4.0 g 7-TMCA can be used to produce about 4.70 g cefoperazone water salt,its quality complies to ChP 2005 and its color remains unchanged(white) after six month exposition to air in the room temperature.
