摘    要:为构建基于MATLAB语言的蛋白质统计偶联分析系统,利用子集共变显式似然(Explicit Likelihood of Subset Covaria-tion,ELSC)算法并进行实验。所实现的分析系统对GPCR多序列比对(Multiple Sequences Alignment,MSA)中的Leu-152位点进行统计偶联分析的结果和已有生物学实验结果吻合,验证了系统的正确性和实用性。

Abstract:Utilizing the explicit likelihood of subset co-variation (ELSC) algorithm, the statistical coupling analysis system (SCAS) is designed based on MATLAB programming language. Making use of ELSC algorithm and making experiments, by applying the SCAS to Leu-152 position in the GPCR MSA, the amino acid positions coupled with Leu-152 position are predicted. The result accords with the conclusions obtained by the biology experiments approximately. As a result, the validity and practicability of the SCAS are proved.
