三七总皂苷对家兔出血性坏死性肠炎的影响

探讨了三七总皂苷对家兔出血性坏死性肠炎的影响。将30只家兔随机分为对照组、内毒素组、三七总皂苷组。肠系膜动脉钳夹 浆膜下注射内毒素方法制作家兔出血性坏死性肠炎模型,分别于6、24h后取血,酶联免疫吸附(ELLSA)法测定IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平。24h后处死家兔,观察肠管、肺的病理组织学改变。结果表明:三七总皂苷组与内毒素组相比,IL-6和TNF均较内毒素组有明显降低。三七总皂苷组肠管病理组织学损伤改变较内毒素组明显减轻。三七总皂苷通过抑制LPS产生炎症介质的作用,干预家兔MODS出血性坏死性肠炎的发生与发展。
