数控加工误差溯源熵方法及其仿真研究

摘    要:阐述基于熵概念的误差理论及其应用,分析数控车床中刀尖位置B类和A类熵方法的不确定度,应用熵方法对两种典型加工过程进行误差溯源,并对刀尖位置动态熵值进行仿真分析。结果表明应用熵方法进行误差溯源分析与实际相符,方法上可行,具有应用价值。

Abstract:The error theory based on entropy concept and its application are illustrated. The uncertainty for entropy method about B class and A class of knifepoint position is analyzed. The error tracing is applied in two typical process using entropy methods, and the dynamic entropy value of knifepoint position is simulated. The results show that using entropy method for error tracing is near to the fact, which means this method to be feasible and worthwhile.
