| 摘 要： | 军事代表绩效考核的研究,有助于完善军事代表的评价机制。在确定军代表质量监督工作评价指标的基础上,依据AHP法进行分析并确定其权重,并通过实例说明其应用方法。为装备质量监督人员的绩效评价提供参考。

| Abstract: | It is advantage to perfect military representative appraisal system for researching military representative performance appraisal.Its evaluation index is confirmd, and analyzed the index according to AHP, then, explained its applied method through a example. It provides a reference for performance appraisal of equipment quality surveillance personnel. |
