| 摘 要： | 建国以来，中国共产党的现代化战略目标明显地分为仿苏、封闭、以经济建设为中心和中国特色的、开放的、全方位社会发展两个阶段，这两个阶段现代化战略目标的选择都明显地受到了国际环境的影响。
